hundreds of properties that were acquired with our disaster funds.
They also are subsidizing the rebuilding on the lots, as well as new developments.
The beginning of these unbelievable FACTS: Sugar Creek / aka Zika
The City paid TJ Berthel $15,000 per UNIT (total $324k from our disaster funds)
to sell his private land to a private developer,
who ALSO tapped into our disaster funds for ANOTHER $15,000 subsidy per UNIT!
